Sarah has a comforting presence even when we’re working on something I don’t feel particularly good at. She gently speaks truth and I always leave feeling calm and uplifted.

I totally understand feeling uncomfortable when you feel attraction. I was that awkward girl in high school who couldn’t talk to the cool guys. I also believed that sex outside of marriage was wrong though I masturbated regularly and felt shameful for it. I spent a lot of time feeling at odds with my sexuality. Even once religion didn’t play a significant role for me, I still had no idea how to have the kind of sex and relationships that I wanted.
For much of my life, I would begin to move in the direction of what turned me on, but then I’d freeze. I feared rejection or judgement and I lacked the confidence and self-permission to actually go for what I wanted. (And what would happen if I actually got it?!)
“...if I can change, anyone can.”
With help from some great teachers, I learned how to move toward what I wanted. Now my relationships and sex life looks and feels how I want it to!
The great news is, if I can change, anyone can. There is no such thing as being too far gone or too awkward. I would love to help you find the sweet spot in your life where people start responding positively to you.
Having a teacher is a great idea. I didn’t figure this stuff out all on my own. I had help and these are some of my teachers:
Betty Martin, Wheel of Consent
Celeste & Danielle, Somatica Method
Charles Muir, Source School of Tantra
Richard Heckler-Strozzi, Somatic Coaching
Leslie Rogers and Tawny Thole, Light Dark Institute
Karen Krauss and Amara Charles, Native American Sacred Sexuality (Quodoshqua)
