One of the keys in creating exciting and compelling connections with women is to get out of your head and into your body. Most problems with sex come from over thinking: I will teach you how to listen to your body and trust your natural intuition. My playful approach keeps our sessions light hearted and fun even when working through some of the more intimidating aspects of sexuality, dating, and relationships.
You are not alone. My own very awkward beginnings with sexuality made it difficult for me to create meaningful connections with others. Fortunately, I’ve had some amazing teachers to help me unlock my potential—and I would love to give you the keys to find yours.
What you missed in Sex ED
Having a sex coach is a great idea. We have teachers for almost all areas of our lives except sex. High school sex ed classes left out a lot of important information, like how to flirt, escalate the energy and ultimately how to create (lots of) pleasure for a partner. Chances are you never asked the questions that would have made you a better lover and instead began pretending you knew. Unfortunately, pretending makes us awkward. I should know—I spent much of my life pretending. But after completing my master’s in counseling, I studied with some of the most cutting-edge teachers in sex education, relationship, and body awareness. If your sex education feels lacking, then it’s time to find a teacher. I did; here are some of mine.
